The role of all SAC men and women is to be warriors. The "SAC Warrior Code of Ethics" is a definitive statement of who and what we are in SAC. The Warrior Code establishes guidelines and principles of conduct for SAC crew members and all those who support them in their warfighting mission.

W- Warfighting Attitude. Warriors know that war is our profession and peace is our product.

A- Ability. Warriors take pride in being the best...they train the way they will fight and never stop working to improve their warfighting skills.

R- Readiness. Warriors are ready to go to war today...they accept the Warrior lifestyle and understand that serving their country is a privilege.

R- Reliability. Warriors put the mission first...they realize they are never really off duty...they accept challenges, risks, opportunities and excitement of handling tough jobs.

I- Integrity. Warriors know that integrity is an essential Warrior quality...war-winning leadership depends on the trust of those who follow. A Warrior's word is his bond.

O- Operational Orientation. Warriors know that the whole reason for our existence is to build our combat capability...to prepare for war...to fight if we must...and to win.

R- Responsability. Warriors accept personal responsibility for keeping SAC the best of the best...they know that freedom isn't free; keeping it requires vigilance, sacrifice, personal commitment and a Warrior's spirit that makes the Warrior's life unique.
