At first, my interest for the FB-111A had brougth me to create a few pages to publish on my aviation site. To witness the last FB-111As to leave Plattsburgh AFB was a memorable day for me and I wrote an article about this event that was published in an aviation magazine in the United States. After gaining some experience with my aviation site and looking at the feedback I'd received, I had decided to create a website dedicated to the FB-111A. One the first persons to contact me with some interest in the 'FB' was TSgt M.Kaplan from Barksdale AFB who was in charge of the restoration of the FB-111A on display there. I was glad to be of help with the exterior restoration of 68-0284. Later, Curtis Lenz, a native from Portsmouth, NH with a lot of interest in the FB got in touch with me and provided me with a wealth of infos. This site will expand and become more interesting as the informations become available to us at the website! I've heard from a lot of people who were associated in some ways to the 'FB' and the degree of interest in the subject ranges from 0 to 100. Luckily for us, some people have come forward, shared infos and other items of interest to be published on the site.

Unfortunately, some have declined our invitations to share their memories and I hope they will change their mind one day. Remember that this is a non-profit website and all infos and other items will be credited to the right person. All infos are carefully cross-checked for accuracy and if you find any discrepancy, let us know what it is and give us the right info if you can.
